It's begining to look a lot like Christmas...

This has been such a wonderful year, and we are so grateful for all of God's blessings!
Nick is really enjoying his job, but has been very busy! In a years time he spent 16 weeks away from home, as well as going back to school to get his associates, getting a first class CFT and PFT. We are so very proud of him and all he has accomplished this year. He is always thinking of his family, and putting what's important first. For someone that had a crash course into parenthood he is really doing an amazing job!
In April I started work at Old Navy and two days before my first day of work found out I was pregnant! We really wanted another baby, and were so grateful that God has blessed us with another one! This pregnancy was tough the first few month, but nothing in comparison to my first pregnancy. Cameron and I flew to VA to visit my dad, making it Camerons first flight! Then a few weeks later made a trip to OK, all while Nick was away at school in NC. I have recently decided to really give photography a go in 2011. So wish me luck as I embark on this new journey, as well as raising TWO beautiful babies!
Cameron has had a big year of growth and learning! He has changed so much since he last birthday. Since I went back to work Cameron had to go to daycare. He wasn't too crazy about it at first... second... or even last... LOL I guess mom just makes it too fun to be home! Were still working on the whole "potty training" thing, but we aren't going to discourage him by putting a lot of pressure on it. He isn't ready and that is okay! He is starting to talk a lot. I knew that when he finally decided to start that their would be nooo stopping him, and I was right! He is trying to form sentences, like he has been saving up his words until he could put them all together! He is a very polite boy, always say please and thank you. He still is going to bed like a dream! This summer he moved into his big boy room sleeping in his dad's and uncle's old bunk beds that Pawpaw had built! It was so much fun decorating his room, a few of the things in there are Nick's old sports memorabelia. Camerons room fits him perfectly, I think it's the perfect "boys" room! Cameron has been a little curious as to why mommies belly has been looking funny lately, but he is always very cautious. He gives my belly kisses and says baby! Although I am very sure he has no idea what is going on, because if he did he would have been boycotting it from the very begining lol.
We are anxiously awaiting Gracie's arrival this weekend. It feels very strange to have it be so close now! Her nursery is just about done, and it's all very girly and pink! We are so thankful to God for all he has given and hope to make him proud in all that we do!

Here is a few pictures from the Christmas party at the Belle Chase Base.

Ohhh baby...

Today I had my prenatal apointment and got some suprising news! Gracie is already trying to make her debut! I am dilated to a 1-2 and 50% effaced and baby is low... Really didn't see that one coming! We still have three weeks before our scheduled C-Section, and I'm very curious if she is going to make it that long! I have been experiancing flase contraction off and on the past few weeks, but didn't think anything of it. Gracie looks good, I'm almost 36 weeks but measuring small now, he says it's because her growth is slowing but that she is still somewhere close to 7lbs already! This pregnancy has just been so different than with camo, for one thing I gained 35lbs w/ him and so far only 14 w/ her!! Granted I weighed close to 20 lbs less when I got pregnant with Cameron, so I am sooo glad I didn't gain as much this time!
ALSO we had family pictures last week! Here are a few of my FAVORITES!

BIG, I mean BIG post!

So much has happend!! We made another trip to OK sept. 22nd for the Minnesota Vikings game, Cameron's "Almost" B-day party and Gracie's baby shower!First I will start w/ the Vikings game!
That was such a fun time!!! Cameron was SO funny, he genuinly LOVED the game! It was so nice to get to visit w/ family we hardly get a chance to see! Cameron really took to his Uncle Alex and Great Uncle Pat! It was funny to watch him with everyone, of course they all though he was Nicks minni me!! :)

After The game we went to Altus to visit my family, and Celebrate Camo's "Almost" B-day! We had a lot of fun! Nick got to hang out w/ Amanda's boyfriend Trevor, and they had a great time. Turns out they wrestled eachother back in the day! (As the story was told I don't think Nick won LOL) Camerons party was such a fun time! We had 4 generations of "Durso" Ladies there and Camo had a lot of Pizza and Cake! Reed and Leah made the drive and were there as well! Cameron is a very lucky boy to have such wnderful Grandparents!

We also had a party for him in Mustang w/ the rest of the family! Grandma made all his favorites and he got to play with his new bouncer he got from Nana and PawPaw, with his cousins!

Sunday we had Gracies baby shower, and there was SO much PINK!! I loved it! The girls really outdid themselves, The food was teriffic and I think just about everything had Isobella Grace on it! She recieved a lot of really nice things from everyone, I am SO thankful!

I just LOVE this picture of these two! He really loves his cousin Riley, and she can't get enough of him!

Also, Cameron got his FIRST real haircut! O my goodness did it grow him up quickly! I could not believe how much it changed him! We went to Snip it's and they are so great, Cameron did really well during the cut. They blew bubbles at him and gave him a sucker!

And last but not least! Took a few big boy pictures of Cameron! My baby is getting SO stinkin big! I still can't believe he is almost TWO, time has flown by!
